It’s a place of safety, of refuge, where you can gather your thoughts, take a breath, and just be. That’s what this space is about a quiet, steady place where grace and grit meet to inspire, uplift, and encourage us as we journey with God.
The Heart Behind Grace & Grit Corner
This corner didn’t just appear overnight. It was born out of my own journey, a season of deep refining, where God stripped away what wasn’t serving me and reminded me of who I am in Him. Life can feel relentless sometimes, but even in those moments, God shows up. Grace & Grit Corner is my response to that faithfulness, my offering to you and every woman who’s longing to grow closer to God and walk through life’s challenges with both softness and strength.
Our tagline says it all:
“Rooted in Grace, Unshaken by Trials.”
Because that’s what this space is about being firmly grounded in God’s grace so that no matter how fierce the storms of life may get, we remain unshaken.
Why Grace & Grit?
- Grace is where we start. It’s God’s unearned, unshakable love for us, a love that meets us in our mess and calls us beloved. Grace reminds us to be kind to ourselves and others, knowing that through Christ, we are forgiven, reclaimed, and chosen. Grace holds us steady when life doesn’t make sense.
- Grit is what keeps us moving. It’s that God given determination to persevere, to press on when the path is hard, trusting that He’s leading us towards our purpose. And grit? It doesn’t mean striving in our own strength. No, it’s about standing firm on His promises and leaning on His power when we feel weak.
Together, grace and grit are a powerful force. They shape us into women who can walk through the fire and not be burned, women who reflect God’s glory even in the hardest seasons.

2024 was a year of stretching, of refining, of learning to trust God in the unknown. Maybe you’ve been through a similar season. Maybe you’re just looking for a little hope or encouragement to keep going. Wherever you are, I want you to know this:

Here in this corner, we’ll learn together, grow together, and encourage each other to stay rooted, rooted in God’s Word, His grace, and His love. Because no matter how rough life gets, we serve a God who upholds us. As He promises in Isaiah 41:10:
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
